TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ:

Garments are hired with the agreement that relevant monies from the hire including bond will be forfeited should the garment be damaged, stained, lost or not returned on the agreed return date. A return time and date must be arranged at time of hiring.

Here at SSH we lovingly launder and maintain our garments to a high standard. All garments are dry-cleaned and laundered in-between hires.  Under no circumstances is a garment to be cleaned by a customer. 

We take the up-most of care maintaining our garments however please take note that our garments are NOT brand new and may show some signs of wear. All of our garments are purchased from new, however from time some garments may show some wear.

The bond fee ranges from $20 to $100 depending on the garment. The bond must be paid when the garment is picked up for hire. The bond  will be returned when the garment is returned in the condition it was hired in. No garment will be hired to any customer unless the bond has  been paid, if the customer damages the garment sometimes the bond fee does not cover the damage fee and if this is the case customers will be asked to pay the remainder.

Once a garment has been collected and paid for in full the hire fee is non-refundable. If garments are not worn or a change of event/day/time occurs, there is no swapping of dates and sorry simply no refunds.

If a garment is damaged and is not repairable or able to be hired again, FULL retail price (RRP) for that garment will be charged to the  customer that has damaged it. The damaged garment stays with SSH unless other arrangements have been made.
